I have been weight training since the summer I graduated from highschool. My brother was trying out for football so we started weight training together.
Why I Love It:

So I am a low carb junkie. It seems to be the only way for me to drop weight. Even when I am heavily training I do not lose weight unless my carb count is low I am talking like under 40 grams per day. My problem comes becuase I cannot sustain this low level of carbs indefinately but I do...
