I started working out when I was in the Army and it was an on again off again relationship now I am kinda looking forward to committing not like I am getting any younger lol

I look at other people who are where I want to be or who are focused to obtaining a weight gain goal. And if all else fails think bout how much @&$(% you be getting this time next year if you stayed with it lmao!

Like black water or somethin? HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is pretty much like doing a sprint for 30 seconds then jog at a slow/medium pace for a minute, and then repeat. You do it for about 15 minutes and it burns fat like a mother fuc***. You can do it on cardio machines too, i do it on the elliptical
You in the military? Just read up on it man, i would do HIIT to get that body fat off, it ****in sucks but it works. As for getting big I would just eat a lot but eat clean. **** loads of oatmeal, sweet potatos, brown rice, tuna, chicken, almonds, etc. That might be hard to come by in afganistan though.
