Originally Started hitting the Denver Parks and recreation gyms back in the early 90's. I just liked riding my crotch rocket to the gym and hitting the weights. I was pretty serious and hit the gym 3 to 4 days a week for about 2-3 years. I was strong and it felt good. I never took sups or proteins just all natural. After I started to work full time after college I fell out of it and didn't work out for a LONG time. I lost most all my strength I had gained from back then. Now I've been very serious for 2 years straight- aside from the eating part.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and the results I see when I snowboard and mountain bike.
How I Stay Motivated:
A little artificial ambition goes a long ways! AKA, buy lots of proteins/sups/wheys.. AKA goodies.. :-)
BB Accomplishments:
Have had great strength and decent size gains in 2 years.
