major surgeries,3 brain tumor,many set backs,elimated from contact sports,effected speach,and balance,was not suppose to do either later in life, BUT I WON!!!!developed spinal meingitious,all because of hard core bodybuilding i survived...i have the medical records to prove it!!!in addition i also have 2 herninated discs that interfear with walking,damn this is hard!!!
Why I Love It:
better health,and makes you strong,and conifident,all these years it has become part of my life.....I HAVE TO DO IT!!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
past surgeries,failed health,keeping flexible allows me to walk

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
people like that crave attention plus that takes extra energy,useit for a better workout....jerks!!!!!

sweats and a loose shirt...it does not resrict my movement,its also comfortable....its not a fashion show...

i use to do the treadmill but got bored with that...i work the heavy bag for about 15-20 min...i aiso jumprope for 20 min.

along with my bodybiulding,i started jumping rope and working the heavy bag...i got bored with the treadmill..jump rope for about 20 min. and heavy bag for about 20 min...it really gets your heart rate up there!!   is this a good way to smoke those calories? tell me what you think....is...

the mystic tan should last a week to 10 dats. make sure you exfoliate before you do it. the tan will progressively darken in the first 5-7 hours after application depending on which level you used. you can go as often as you like, i will say that my brother and i each have mystics in our house, heuses his almost everyday and is orange. once a week would be good i think.

Sweet... yea thats what ive been doing...And im definately ecto. What kind of split would you recomend though? I do approx 4-6 lifting exercises/session + abs and alot of cardio.
