Goal: Continue re-hab on left shoulder. Reduce body fat to below 10%, narrow the waist, while gaining strength and muscle mass.

Leaning out for summer, started at 24% currently 16% with the help of Team Scivation!!!

Add mass this fall/winter. Stay reasonably lean. Come back bigger and just as lean next spring/summer.

I want to get my mass back i was 230 pounds and know 205 pounds .

The MASH was a great time!!!!!!!- got 4th place in the lights and I am pleased.... the competition was really TUFF...so was nice to see how I fare against a larger class..... now working to do the Buckeye on 4/17 and then the TriState on May 5/15/9..
