Ha...funny....no..not 210...I was sick for about a week and lost about 7 pounds or so...back to 200 for the last couple of days...too much junk food myself....doing a deload week in the gym for the week...just light reps..only 50%...then next week..will hit it hard again.....see ya there

I had no doubt you were still slamming weight around Gold's gym...don't start any fat burners until after the first of the year....start the prep in steps...ie...cardio, then lower the carbs gradually, then start the fat burners.......and def I will be around to help. Tell Andrew milk is good for the body...maybe not his abs though...LOL

I am assuming you are still kicking it! Haven't seen you in the gym but know you come early....so.....just checking to see how training is going. Hope all is well.....and you need to feed Andrew more.....he is not gaining weight.....more milk, more ice cream....just more...and more....see you soon.

200.8 this am.......my goal was 201 and I just missed it......9 pounds this past month......205-210 by Jan 1st. Just letting you know so you can get on the BEEF train....it is leaving the station.

Hey Ron, I had originally planned on taking the entire year off.....almost talked myself into doing the Yorton about a month ago....but...backed off of the cardio.....too many ailments now and just need to let my body heal some....I will be in attendance though. Good Luck at the show, not that you need it as you are always peeled.

Ha...winter is a long way off...and besides, there are still days of sun to be had.....so staying lean is the goal until Oct. 1st...then I will start eating the fried Oreo's and fattening up for the winter.
