Why I Love It:
I like to see the transformation from an off season bodyweight to a ripped one when preparing for a contest...and for me this happens over a 5 month period as I diet for 20 weeks...nice and slow

Just being healthy is enough motivation for me........

Goal (Long):
Just did my last contest this past weekend on November 15, 2008. I am officially retired. So with that in mind, my goal now is to stay in shape, eat healthy, be healthy and have a more balanced life. To spend more time with my beautiful wife and be a better husband and be a better father to my grown sons. Competing takes alot out of you and it is a delicate balancing act of working out and family. Now that competing is over, I can concentrate on things that are the most important in life, and that is FAMILY.

Hey!! I am still kicking it-5 am is my gym time. Feeling really good-course I've got some hefty Christmas carbs on board every day, but i've uped the cardio, so it's all good. Andrew eats and drinks!!! He took a whole gallon of milk to work the other day!! He's just a genetic metabolic freak! Thinking about doing Baltimore show in April instead of Richmond. Gonna be available to help kick my butt?

Ouch!!! That's the last time I try to mess around with the Randster!!! Right back at me fo sho...lol :) Um, just got home from my 2nd visit to Golds today, where I did my cardio, thank you very much. AND...I have done cardio every morning...hahaha...so there. :)I don't know about the cover of mags for me, but seriously I could see Andrew. I really could.

Hey, I was looking over the Yorton Cup stuff and I'm feeling not too bright. Help me here...I am eligible for the Stars and Stripes Novice (on Friday nite the 13th), but can I enter the Yorton Cup Nationals on sat the 14th? Or is that just pros? They're held together, but I'm not sure if I can enter both. also, there's a show in DC (OCB) on Aug 15 I'd like to go watch if you and Debby wanna take a jaunt up there with us.
