Thanks’ You have properly heard this 100 times. I have made my best gains from just simply following these rules. 1.Eat six (6) times a day. 2.May sure you are taking in 1.5 x your body weight of Protein a day. If you weigh 200 consume 200 x 1.5 = 300 grams of protein. 3.Make sure your testosterone levels are above 1000 for men. Check-out your local health and willingness centers for Blood profiles. 4.Workout and try not to ever miss any days! 5.Sleep 8 hours a night.
