I started when I was about 16 years old off and on. Now I am seriously into bodybuilding.Now that I know what I am doing!!
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding keeps me sane!!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Each workout, each meal, and each minute is spent striving to get closer to my goal. It consumes all of my thoughts and excites me to get up each morning and go for a training section.

It guides me toward visions and images of the new person they I will become once I have achieved what others, and themselves, once thought was impossible.

It determines what I will eat for the next meal, how I will get motivated for the next workout, and enable me to wake up with a smile on my face, knowing that I have come another step closer to my dreams.

This past Year I have accompished 29.5 Lbs of Lean Body Mass. And growing!!!

What calf workout has worked best for you?
I work my calves 5 days a week, I do 6 sets of standing calf raises 4 days a week and 15 sets 1 day a week.
