I am looking to fill out more muscle in my upper body. The harder I train and the more quality protein/fats/carbs I eat the better the results get. :)

I like circuit training, so mixing it up with another body part like shoulder's works good.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I also do circuit for this but like to isolate just the tricep towards the end of my workout. On Tricep days I train back as well. It's a nice split.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Calves I work in with my leg day, and alternate between walking lunges, plyometrics and other weighted exercises. I lift 4-5 days per week, breaking up my body parts each day. I never hit the same muscle 2 days in a row.
This is the breadown:
Monday - spin
Tue - spin
Wed - spin (sometimes I'll do full body here)
Thurs - shoulders and bi's and spin
Friday - legs and spin (killer)
Saturday- Bootcamp and...
Your moniker caught me. I love BMW's because of their precision engineering and high standards. Their performance engines and power are world class - so looking at the excellent physique I'd say BMW cover girl is an appropriate name!
