Just out of high school, knew I wasn't playing college sports, but wanted to keep in shape. I let it slide for years, but now I'm returning to it to prevent the onset of old office worker/father/fat guy syndrome.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a sense of accomplishment, makes me feel better physically and mentally.

Not much to say today other than the title. Friday's have usually been my weigh in day, but lately, they've done nothing but distract me. My bodyfat percentage is slowly but steadily creeping downward, but my weight varies from week to week. The last two weeks it went up a pound a week, but...
Thank you! Yeah, the quads are crazy! LOL. I am really working on building those little shoulders of mine. I had a guy really help me with my form on them today so it was cool. He really knows his stuff!
Hi! thanks for the ad. yeah bodybuilding/fitness photography is really specialised I discovered....really need an eye for it and lighting etc. I will post the pics of my first photoshoot here next week. Keep training hard, keeping following your photography dreams...Belinda
