hey bro how are ya? I am good .. took some time off from the gym to deal with life. I am back at it this week . throwing swimming in the mix with running and lifting , still gunning for 8-10 bf as soon as possible.
I have a digestive disorder that's been acting up some - makes me lethargic among other things. But, I'm doing better today than yesterday. Plus, I have a slight cold - but not enough to keep me out of the gym!

I see you've really been packing on some serious weight - your almost at your goal and still looking solid. You might consider trying for 220! Keep up the great work.
Hey man i feel ya im at my strongest; well with out creatine. 360 max on Creatine monohydrate, 315 now. n iv been off for almost 2 months. But iv been getting my leggs stronger, stronger lower means stronger upper :)
.. I am good . I got back into the gym yesterday after a month off. ran for 30 minutes and lifted for 45 . I am sore but happy ... back at it today again ... lifting really helps me stay sane these days. how are ya ?..check out my journal and new tattoo too
Hey man ...good progress bro . I am doing well I am half way to my goal of 8% bf and I am lifting 5 days a week (split routine) and each of those days I run for an hour . i am eating max 2000 calls a day and using a controlled labs workout stack. Life is good . Hope to hear from you soon man Have a Merry Christmas
