I want to lose excess fatt and water on my body...
Goal (Long):
Last year, I dieted and trained lik never befor e in my life and was successfull in all of my goals and competitions-I won the overall in my first figure competition, 1st in the GNC Body Search in Hawaii, 1st Place Miss Designer Body in Hawaii, placed 12th in my first National Competion (USA Championships), 3rd in the Tournament of Champions, and I won a Weider Contract by taking the overall title at the 1st Annual FLEX Bikini Model Search at the Olympia.
It was amazing to see how hard work pays off BUT, when I decided to rest, my body had a terrible rebound when I put salts and sugars back into my body. My diet was WAY too extreme and unhealthy because I stayed too strict for too long of a time (but only through the advice of my ex who is a professional in the industry.) So now, my emphasis in my diet and training is to achieve and maintain overall health through nutrition and balance. My hormones have been thrown off and my nervous system overreacts to certain things and causes terribel infalmation. My husband and I (Brandon Curry-Prifessional Bodybuilder) study daily how to overcome these obstacles so that I can step on stage early next year and become successful again. If you have any advice, please share! I hope that my experience and knowledge may help others and guide you in the right directions so that you may not become victim to the same tragedy as me! Congrads! I saw your pics together in your photo gallery! I remember meeting him at the Stingrey & again at the Nationals in '07. He's a cool, down to earth guy. Tell him I said congrads on both the marriage & getting his pro card! I wish you two the best!
