How I Started:
Had a gym membership for a while now and decided to try and put on as much muscle mass as possible.
Why I Love It:
Knowing I'm working hard to keep fit and staying healthy. That workout session each day keeps me sane.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing one day I will look and feel great and complete my goal.
