I been working out all my life. While rehabing a football injury in college, I got really hooked. Then took some time off to get married and divorced. In July 2006 I had a major surgery, which really motivated me to compete again. It was a freak thing, that really pissed me off. To this day it has continued to motivate me every day. I plan to take my body to places it's never been.
Why I Love It:
Love the pump and the high I get after a really good workout. It's also great to get all the frustrations of the day and of life, out in the gym. Sometimes after a workout, I feel almost reborn and free of all my problems.
Plus I love the healthy life style which creates a natural high.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror and of course bodybuilding.com
Also getting beat motivates me to keep improving for the next show.
BB Accomplishments:
2008 OCB IFPA Master's Pro Card
Bodybuilding.com's amateurs of the week
2007 NYS Natural 3rd open middle wt
2007 Liberty State Natural 2nd
2007 Saratoga musclemania 2nd light heavy wt
2007 Total Image Classic 1st midle wt class
1990 Della Vallie Cup 2nd Middle weight.
1992 Northeastern NY Natural 1st Tall class
1991 Mr Syracuse 2nd Light Heavy weight
1991 Della Valley Cup 1st Light Heavy weight
Finally got my master's pro card at the 2008 Liberty Pro Am. One of my goals reached. Time to set some new goals. One more contest this May 31st, the Plattsburgh Pro/Am. I'm going to try to come in even more ripped then the Liberty and see what happens. That isn't going to be easy....

Day 2

Rob, your looking awesome man. You gotta great look going on and your body stats are really close to my goal stats. I on the fast track at 38 to hit 40 with a smokin body of my life.
nice bro, im doing the USBF mr. northeast penn on oct 18th, then the week after that, the nga olympus, here in buffalo, then im undecided about a couple of shows on nov 5th, i was thinking of the inbf muscletech worlds back home in nyc, but i think i'll wait until next year for that one, so its either the usbf baltimore or idfa canadian, not sure yet
Go Griffs! the gym is alright, Ive been training there for the past 3 years, i just started training over at the fitness factory on delaware and kenmore, but i'll be at both during the school year. thanks for the compliment, you look sick too bro, any shows this fall?
You are welcome! Summer is a very busy time for me and this one has been no different. WAY too much going on but someday when I am an old lady, I will at least have lots of stories to tell! lol.
Ah so your placing was no mistake then, Id be satisfied losing to two pros! Thats quite a self esteem booster. Well, I wont be competing at the NYS show ill only be viewing from the stands because I believe I'm not ready yet. Another year perhaps.
Exceptional goal-How r your workouts going?-Stay in the game and keep in touch-train hard, eat well, stay focused, love the body you're building-MJ-FitChik4Life
Ah darn I missed you at the Nys Natural. Says you placed 3rd but you look GOOD in your pictures. I just checked out the web site Contest Results and the line up didn't seem too well so Im confused as to who beat you out of 1st place.
I plan to compete next year so I hope the same show will be held at the forum. Going to be fun haha. Keep up the good work!
