Increase lean body mass and lose fat, improve my overall health.
Goal (Long):
I want to reduce my bodyfat to (eventually) 12%. I want to do this slowly so I can maintain an average % of 13-18. I live in a small town, but I want to see my 1st BB show next summer. Before I know it, I might want to compete!? I want to be down those 20 pounds by March 1st 2010. Should be easy enough, right?? :D
I would just like to add a note about my large drop in weight lately. In the ER, I was given 4 bags of Sodium Choride (although I wasn't dehydrated). Anyway, 1 part salt hold 180 parts water, so you can imagine how bloated I was. Anyway, I walked away 11 pounds heavier. My weight...
I'm not a HATER....You'll hear nothing but positive from ME sista!!! I think we've all made some real dramatic changes and you are no different....And you got the drive and determination to get even better...so much drive that you'll finish your workout before you go to ER!!!! haha you have issues like I do!! lol
all I have to say after checking those out is..........get down and rock on with your bad self!!!!! thats some serious work you've done!!! I'm not gonna say you were flab....but you are definately fab now!!!
yeah, guess u lucked out..wish i lived down there..gettin tired of NJ winters..and lucky i didnt workout today so ill be fine shoveling..haha u can come here and make me some hot coffee if u would like.
Well, congrats to you for researching everything-that's exactly how I started out & it led me to want to become a PT! Besides a clean diet, I started 5 day body part splits w/weights to keep the muscles working all the time-it really was the best thing for my body!
