Increase lean body mass and lose fat, improve my overall health.
Goal (Long):
I want to reduce my bodyfat to (eventually) 12%. I want to do this slowly so I can maintain an average % of 13-18. I live in a small town, but I want to see my 1st BB show next summer. Before I know it, I might want to compete!? I want to be down those 20 pounds by March 1st 2010. Should be easy enough, right?? :D

HAHA!!! I skipped the second circuit...I'm not a fan of the abbduction machines, I threw in seated leg curls in the first circuit, and added standing single leg curls to the last...finshed up with 30 minutes on the bike...took me just under 2 1/2 hrs start to finish...and held back vomiting towards the end..lol..and YES I FELT it yesterday!!!
hey girl, happy day after turkey day!!! GUESS what today is??? huh, huh, huh??? you give up??? LEG DAY!!!!! I'll let ya know how I'm feeling on Sunday...Yeah I'm doing yours...and I'm gonna throw some cardio in when I'm done!!!!! :)
Haha i've realized that I go nowhere on the treadmill... I kinda just stay in the same place and the belt moves????? ok that was real lame....sorry .... I do do (haha I did it too) cardio but I keep my rest period between sets at one minute kinda like you (but I actually time it) that does more for my heart rate then reg cardio

Looks like you've been doing some cardio and eating clean while torturing yourself in the gym!! Good job sister!! And I'm gonna text the owner of the gym see if he'll give me the key so I can go after hours :)
haha....ur a freak lol..jk.. No lifting today. I got tricked into working today!!! And I'm not vary happy about it!! Although I did feel a slight twinge in the quads when I was reading you PM haha... oh and great new AVI ...whose pants were those?!?!? lol
