Fit Status:
IS WORKING HARD...EATING CLEAN...AND RIGHT...AND PUSHING GOOD IRON
In 2004 I had an appendicitis and although I always ate right and excerised, it took me off of my feet for 4 months. This condition completely compromises your core and it is hard to come back from. But for the last 2 years I have been training and I am in the best shape and health I have ever been in. And I will continue training for the rest of my life.

Good Day! It is good to hear from you. I am back in school fulltime and working fulltime. I am finishing up my undergrad and going straight into a 3 year doctorate of physical therapy. I should be finished in 4 years. Being out of schoo for 23 years was challenging in the beginning. I did well in all my midterms with either A's and one B. Math is were I need more concentration. I am still working out and doing my thing. How is school, the workout and you managing time?
things are good, just practicing for this little run for breast cancer in a couple weeks, just started running in march so it will be my first time entering a run.
I just realized school's starting back and its another year on that degree you working with. What you got planned for the school year training wise? I know you enjoyed the summer.
Yah I hear ya. Im my biggest setback right now. I just cant get motivated enough to reach my next goal. Not sure why, kind of having some rough weeks in the gym. I want to go, but as soon as I hit the floor I kind of go useless.
You are so right on that one. I floated through august a little too much and not only did I not see the gains, I seen some losses. Thank god september is here. New month, new ME
