i3lackfox I simply track my calories and follow a caloric deficit based on my caloric maintenance level. I do cardio at least 4 times per week at moderate intensity and sometimes brief intervals of high intensity for 30-45 minutes. Sometimes I do a brisk walk for an hour. I take CLA with every meal (4-5 times a day), fish oil, and green tea extract. Apr 9, 2013 2:30am

pfcrossi Yeah I feel ya. A bum shoulder definitely limits you. Sometimes when I feel I've pushed real hard and feel that "warning feeling" that I've pushed a rotator to its limits I double up that day on BCAA'S and creatine. Always does the trick.
