Hey good luck getting that 10 lbs. I just put on ten pounds in the last two months. If you want it work hard and dont fall for that crap you read in magazines. If you want some stuff that works next best to steroids is AST products. Get some DHEA and some protein and lift your brains out. Thats what Im doing and its working great.

yo wats up. you can probly do 10 pounds of good muscle just dont use no creatine i dont think it works that great ive tryed them but its not good enough for wheight
