How I Started:
Just recently started back exercising after developing diabetes.I was 350lbs within the last 2 years dropped to 200lbs was adivsed that I needed to get into better shape. I have always been very muscular and solid beacause I played a lot of sports(football)and lifted weights off and on for years.after a few years of slacking off I feel it's time to get back into shape.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because I love the way I look when i'm in good shape and I love being healthy.

Good health,good physique,better lifestyle
