Right now I'm taking in about 1700 calories a day. Im alternating between high carb and low carb days. Low carb i'm doing 255g protein, 64g carbs, and 47g fat. High carb day is 213g protein, 170g carbs, and 19g fat. I've been eating clean for about a month or so with one off diet meal a week. I'm seeing results, but it seems way too slow for as strict as my diet has been. Any tips would be great. What's your diet/workout plan like?? Thanks

Dang dude! Those are some impressive progress pics. You did exactly what I hope to do. My immediate goal is to get my body fat down to 10%. You saw my meal plan, any tips? What were your workouts like from jan-march '09?
