Today was a little discouraging. Went to have my body fat checked and it was the same as it was when I started. I know the calipers can be off by a couple % but it was still discouraging. Ive been fighting off the urge to eat a bunch of crap today. I have mostly fought off the urge, I downgraded...

Your calorie intake seem good!!!! What I would recommend would be to get a heart rate monitor it you dont already have one. Get one with a calorie counter so you can maximize your workouts. I take in about 2300-2500 a day however I try to make sure that I am burning 600-1000 cals a day training. I dont have a cheat day anymore especailly when I cut. Good luck on your cut. Your Diet appears to be working well!!!
