Yesterday I weighed myself and discovered that I have reached one of my three fitness goals. I have made it down to 160 lbs. The next goal was to get my waist down to 32 inches and I am 1/2 inch away from meeting that one. The third goal of dropping my body fat down to 10% is the next big focus.
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are areal inspiration to many others.
Your calorie intake seem good!!!! What I would recommend would be to get a heart rate monitor it you dont already have one. Get one with a calorie counter so you can maximize your workouts. I take in about 2300-2500 a day however I try to make sure that I am burning 600-1000 cals a day training. I dont have a cheat day anymore especailly when I cut. Good luck on your cut. Your Diet appears to be working well!!!
