How I Started:
Recently I've changed gyms due to not enough dumbell weights they only went up to 120s.. and its the best move I made. I've never done any type of steroid and never will. Well its june, I just got over bad tendonitis took 3 weeks off.. got my weight back after loosing 4 lbs.. got my strength back too.. I still have slight pains in my elbow but I can deal with it who knows if it will ever go away completely.. From this point on nothin but hardcore lifting and heavyness!! videos to come! what seperates me from the rest is I only go HEAVY, only HEAVY, I eat what I want when I want.. about to start doing personal training.. hit me up for any tips..
Why I Love It:
Lifting crazy weight is what I look foward to the next day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying different supplement stacks and looking foward to competitons..

Noticed your request on calf training--my guess is traditional exercises have not worked. I would try getting a really deep stretch in the muscle fascia and then hit them hard with supersets, giant sets, and drop sets. Don't be afraid to work in some plyrometrics on track. Careful not to overtrain.
