Started lifting in high school for football. SLACKED OFF big time for a few years. Finally got serious about my health and committed in march '07.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and the 'active tension' you carry in your chest, back, legs after you work them!
How I Stay Motivated:
Other people's comments, good or bad. An ex told me i had skinny claves, so I've been blasting them ever since... And comparing myself to other people my height and wieght.

Really, I'm just waiting for the right time to reveal my superhero powers to the world.

All right, could some one give me the scoop on really how to bulk up and stay lean. I eat 4 complete meals a day, two big healthy snacks, and use my whey post work out. Ive been sutck at 191-194 and 10% body fat for about 3 months now. How do you keep body fat down and start gaining size?

Thank you :) I am very happy with my results so far. I am bulking up now, so my muscles are hiding under a layer of water lol oh well. Soon enough I will see them again. :)

Don't expect to win your first show. That's a rare occasion when that happens. I say go for it, do it, experience it, and enjoy the ride. If you don't like it, don't do it again. If you do like it, kick butt for a year in the off-season and give it another go.
