How I Started:
Just wanted to better myself. not too much more to it. I originally started just lifting weights in Nov 06, then in April 07 I decided I needed to get in shape first.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the change in the way i look and the way other people look at me. Now i am less about losing fat and more about gaining muscle and definition. It just feel good to better myself not only for me but for everyone around me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I can do anything with my God at my side. I keep my music on and my mind focused on the end result.

So far I've lost over 70 lbs.

I just want to get dowm to a weight that I don't have a gut and then build up some muscle from there. No real set goal, although I am assuming my weight will be about 185 lbs. I want a body
I can be proud of so I don't have to be embarrased when I go out with my thin friends. I have made a lot of progress towards this goal. but I still havea little ways to go. What I want is to be buff without being overly bulky. I want better, bigger arms( the type that pop out no matter what kind of shirt you wearing), a bigger chest, firm abs, basic all around better body and fitness level.

Well still working,schooling,and lifting. I tried some new supplements and I think they helped me get bigger and increased my endurance. But I started itching alot so I'm off of them for right now. How bout you?
haha i remember when i first benched my body weight but it was around 150lbs lol i felt proud though long gone are the days of vinyl weight plate sets and k-mart special benches lol great job so far btw you were just making me think about when i first started out wich was not to long ago but it seems forever ago cause ive changed so much no one recognizes me anymore that hasnt seen me for awhile its kind of funny everytime they do a double take
I hope you can take your frustrations out in the gym-i know it helps me. Sometimes i think there is no way i could make it without working out. Take care.
Being a personal trainer would be something i would like to do also.Actually me and my friend talked about being part-time personal trainers in the same gym or go 50-50 and own one.You are headed in the right direction with that degree-how long will it take to get it? That was funny with the extra same comments.lol,but i don't know how to erase them.
