Yeah, I know what you mean. It's hard (impossible) to gain lean mass without gaining fat too. Very frustrating, but you're looking good. I think the extra protein is working.
The churrascarias aren't quite as good as they used to be back in the '70s and '80s but there are still a few good ones. Mosqueteiros is still there, I believe. Galpão Crioulo is good for the live entertainment. You're making me miss POA all the more - I think I need to go back to visit!

Based on your example, I've upped my weighted incline crunches to 35 lbs. Also, Gold's has a machine which duplicates the leg tucks on which I've started doing: 85 x 11, 90 x 11 and 95 x 8. I'm unclear how you do the weighted Swiss Ball crunches though. You look awesome in the pic running at the top of your BodySpace!
