Man, I did it again! I fell while climbing on a some farm equipment and landed with my ribs hitting a drive shaft. While not nearly as severe the rib fracture I had in March, still very sore none the less. This will hold me back some on my lifting, but I should be back to normal in a...
I wan't saying you was old lol :)
Just i have lots of respect for older people with low bodyfat.
I won't be able to eat 4000 cals and maintain all my life so i think i'll enjoy it now :P
Keep going man =D
Results have been pretty much nil lately, I took a month off due to neck issues, had a hard time forcing myself back into it, and then last week witnessed some bad stuff and had a hard time getting my head out of it and into the training, I have still been plugging away and finding everyday easier to get into the gym though.
You may want to consider moving deadlifts to back day. This likely allow you to go heavier on the dl's and on your squats.
As ectomorphs some times less is more. Growth actually takes place outside of the weight room. It is generally a good idea for us to stick to 3 or 4 day training splits M(chest, shoulders, tris) W(legs) F (Bi's, back). Good luck with reaching your goals.
As they say, "the grass is always greener..." Most ectomorphs think its easier to lose weight than to gain, while endomorphs believe the opposite. I'm a combo, endo-mesomorph. I gain muscle fairly easily, but struggle with losing the fat. I have other characteristics of each as well. But, for sure, I dont consider you to be skinny. I love the ecto look. Keep working and it will come. I'd help if I could. :)
I made a deal with myself to not post workout pics until I reach my goal... kind of a Look at me now thing!! so as soon as I reach the 180 mark they will be up! have you changed your diet at all since you made the gains??? maybe its time to up your intake a bit?
