ive just started weight training, and thats because i wanted to feel and look better about myself. even gave up smoking and junk food. Started training as a kick boxer about 7 months ago, i wanna be a fighter this year. i need to get much fitter, and lose as much weight in body fat, while gaining lean muscle
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel so much healthier and energetic, i feel better about myself when im working out then when im on my arse doing shit all
How I Stay Motivated:
watching lots of other fighters, seeing guys bigger than me at the gym, and just wanting to look better for my girl as well as myself
BB Accomplishments:
well none really as of yet, i guess i'm physically taller and bigger than a lot of the guys i know around my age...so i dunno, hopefully theres only room for improvement
