I always enjoyed one on one sports like boxing & karate so BB was like finding gold.
Why I Love It:
Bodily transformations are based on ones desire & hard work towards that goal...thats amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
That can be hard, but having BB goals of bigger arms or a fuller chest etc. is motivating enough to work hard towards that.

I came in 3rd in a Eastern Bodybuilding Championships.

With this Goal...I recall heading to work and seeing the FLEX Magazine cover of Dorian Yates, I was stunned!!! the cover had showed Dorian with great muscle size, density and vascularity that i had not seen before. So i picked up the mag after work headed to Barnes & Nobles picked up some books, next i found a gym...That showed my path to my own Herculean look.

I'm over here still doing this training twice a day or more mess. I wish I were sane but eh, sometimes I even add a third session. Its not like this makes it more fun, but it can be quite interesting. Why? Because I hate cardio so well, I might as well up my activity if I'm going to get the fat off right?
