What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
whey protien....creatine....BCCAs....multivitamin.... zinc/magnesium/potassium....and a multi vitamin....obviously i take these to take advantage of my anabolic window!!!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
watch an arnold or ronnie training dvd and listen to sum loud, crazy tunes on the ride to the gym

Where do you find healthy recipes to try?
i never stray too far from what i know....so my diet is very boring
You have a wonderful goal and I wish you much success. When the majority of North Americans (67%) are overweight it is refreshing to see people going for goals and dreams concerning fitness.
Keep pushing that envelope.
Ummm, I used to be into metal, and post hardcore, but now I'm all for alternative, indie and when I run I like pop. Which is weird but it makes me run farther!!
Aww, Sorry to hear that! I know what it's like to have multiple health problems too. Working out and tanning seem to help. Also I go for light treatments for my severe psrosis so there's some bonus extra tannage! It just decides to randomly take over, no matter how positive my mind is. But I think you are doing amazing from the pics. Keep it up. I will keep in touch. Oh and thank you.
Well, anxiety and depression seem to run in the family, and I guess I got cursed with it.. lol.. but I try to keep positive, you know? :) ..Anyways, hows everything going for you?
