When I Started: Jan, 2004
How I Started: I basically started in High School lifting weights and then after I finish High School,I worked out on and off until I joined L.A Fitness and now I've been going to the gym ever since.
Why I Love It: Bodybuilding to me is a big challenge, and what I most like about it,is the body transformation you get to experience as time goes by, also competing as a bodybuilder it's seems fun as you get judged for the way you look...
How I Stay Motivated: The way I stay motivated is very,very weired lol. well, before I go to the gym to work-out, I'm already visualizing my work-out routine, so basically that right there motivates me to be at the gym ASAP.. Plus the results that I see makes me addicted to the Gym.. lol
BB Accomplishments: I'm not ready for competing yet,but my mind is set that some time in the year 2008 to 2009 I will be ready!so let's say that this will be a future accomplishment lol. But there is one accomplishment that I'm proud of and thats losing 47 lbs from 295 lbs to 248 lbs current.
