OK 1st day back in the gym in a long while. Didn't try to over do it because I wanna be sure to go again tomorrow, but I did some stationary bike and some leg extensions and I felt like I had just walked 50miles up hill, a steep hill. I def gotta get my leg strength up so i can hit cardio...

The longer you stick with the good food, the easier it'll become, no matter how plain it seems now. Same goes for the training, you just need to find your rhythm.
