What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
depends, some people just do it for attention, those people you just wanna slap.

OK 1st day back in the gym in a long while.  Didn't try to over do it because I wanna be sure to go again tomorrow, but I did some stationary bike and some leg extensions and I felt like I had just walked 50miles up hill, a steep hill.  I def gotta get my leg strength up so i can hit cardio...

I just dropped by to wish you continued success. My wife and I both achieved body transformations by following the Body for Life program. We feel that you can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program. The longer you stick with the good food, the easier it'll become, no matter how plain it seems now. Same goes for the training, you just need to find your rhythm. Keeping going and good luck!
