CARDIO EACH DAY OF WORKOUT TO WARM UP (30-45 MINUTES). WHILE WORKING OUT, DO 2 BODY PARTS AT ONCE, MOVING FROM ONE TO THE NEXT WITHOUT REST FOR ONE CYCLE, THEN RESTING FOR ONE MINUTE AND REVERSING THE CYCLE. 3 SETS AND THEN MOVE TO TWO DIFFERENT EXCERCISES BUT WITH THE SAME APPLICATION. Why I like this video: MY SON IS WEARING THE BLUE UTILITIES. THIS ISN'T NECESSARILY A BODYBUILDING VIDEO, BUT THE CONDITIONING OF THESE YOUNG MEN IS EXCEPTIONAL....AND IT'S MY SON'S UNIT.... FEATURING...MY SON...! GO NAVY!
So how is my favorite trooper doing out there in TX? I am good; nearing the end of my challenge with the 40+ group. I am not sure who's great idea it was to do "after " pics "after" Thanksgiving - I might have to stretch it out a bit more - said with and evil snicker. Hope things are great for you. Cheryl
