I been working out since I started participating in sports in middle school....I was always athletic an grew up playing football which taught me how to build strength an from there it was lights out.I was addicted..lol..Guys n Gals,PLEASE realize nothing happens OVERNIGHT...Everything in life takes time but if you set your goals high an be focused an dedicated to your goals,Your body will respond..Keep in mind,Training is just part of the job...Its what you do outside the gym that brings the results..I was a tall skinny kid growing up...So my Actions speak louder then my words..Everybody gotta start somewhere..
Why I Love It:
I love working out because its great for the Mind,Body an Soul....Nothing releases stress like a GREAT Workout...I love seeing my body transform from year to year...Set your goals in a timely fashion an slowly but surely u will see the Results..You get what you put into it..Simple..Your friends,family,girlfriends etc will be the 1st to compliment you...Its no better feeling then being Appreciated for your hard work n dedication...The biggest gift I recieve when helping others achieve IS THE RESULTS...People think that you can build a perfect body without putting in the time n effort an when they see someone else with a AWESOME BODY,The 1st reaction is,HE IS ON STERIODS...LOL...GOTTA LOVE IT...

EZ bar curls and Cable hammer curls.
I start with EZ barbell curls 3x 10reps
Alternate dumbell curls 3x 10
Cable hammer curls 3x10

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I train now - Scull crushers 4 sets - 10-8 reps
Triceps extensions with rope 3 sets - 10-8 reps
One arm triceps extensions 3x 10-8

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Calf rises on the lepress and seated calf rising. 4-6 sets, 12 and more repetitions, heavy weights (I did 1200 lbs calf rises on the legpress when I was 20).
