Searched the Internet for Body Transformations a few years ago after seeing an ad for the Body For Life Competition.
Why I Love It:
The high after a great cardio or weight lifting session is like no other! I like the sound of the steel getting tossed around!
How I Stay Motivated:
The camera is your friend! The numerous transformations I have seen others make.

I want to serve as a inspiration to others. I want to give hope to others through my transformation.
I see this as a natural progression of the process of reinventing myself, which I began earlier this year by quiting drinking and smoking.

Im hoping I can get through the drinks. Its such a social things for my friends and family so its not easy being the one not drinknig lol I feel more like an alcoholic than someone watching their health lol

Thx for the tip. I'll try that. It's only a problem when I work out w/ the "guys" because they have me doing the flat and incline bench press. I can focus more on that when I'm by myself.
