I always wanted to have a strong , muscular physique , though throughout the years I learned that it was not only about size , but also about balance and symmetry . So , I am after a complete physical package : strength , size , muscularity , symmetry but health and wellbeing also . I am seeking a 225 lbs bodyweight .
Mondays(heavy) and Fridays(moderate): dips , chins , squats combined with pullovers , 4 sets of each . Wednesdays : hams , deadlift (one week heavy , one moderate). Each session lasts less than 60 minutes .
