I always wanted to be bigger than I was. I had 3 children with my beautiful wife and let myself go a lot! Now I'm back!
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of the muscles as you work them out. I love the feeling of accomplishment when you leave the gym. I love watching my body transform.

Hammer Curls and Preacher Curls
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Close grip bench press. Skull crushers. Rope pull downs.
What forearm workout has worked best for you?
I take to 45lb plates in each hand and I curl them at the side of my body 10 times.
