How I Started:
I started lifting weights in the 9th grade for my football team. I started getting strong in 10th squating around 500. Then in 11th grade December 20 I tour my ACL and that messed up EVERYTHING. I have just started getting back doing medeium heavy weights.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of just being in shape and having the strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
I throw on the I-pod and tell myself F this weight and just go at it so I can get past Junior College football and go D1.
BB Accomplishments:
I stared hard training on 4-9-2007 and have put on 25 pounds of muscle on in 3 weeks.

You are one huge sonofabitch. Maybe one weekend when Im not busy with the wife and kids we can meet and Ill do what ever I can to help you. Doing **** like that working out with different people and forms or training is always usefull and I always learn stuff to improve. Later Bro

Whats up brother Im not to far from you. I was working at Lowes in Gulfport for a while but,the drive sucked lol, Anyway my bench is so high b/c of military presses.And I always take the weight off the rack by myself, I do tons of shoulder work/power movements. I belive this is what has made my bench so high
