Being in the Marines, you have no other choice than to stay motivated. BUT, i had a mom who always encouraged me to maintain a healthy lifestyle. When she passed away in 2008 from cancer, I vowed to never give up.

lol, that good, huh?! Belmont Stakes is a horse race. The third race in the triple crown series of horse racing. My employer has a stake in horse racing so I like to know what happens. I am concerned as the winner was a long shot 24 to 1. If someone in Montana bet on that horse, my employer may be paying out a big payout!

Hopefully not from you...playing keep away, lol! I did get a 45 min hike today with my other two dogs. Only got a few sprinkles of rain on us. Watched the Belmont Stakes and then laid out in the sun for a whopping 25 minutes before the next storm system blew in. How was your day?

She was 11 or 12 years old. Cool. I had a friend in school who had a german sheppard that loved to fetch rocks and would drop them on top of your feet if you didn't throw them for her.
