Description: well today I was just tryin to go heavier than I ever have on front squats! So I tried 315lbs it didnt feel to bad but I need to go a little lower, but over all I'm happy with it.

405lbs front squats

Description: after trying 315lbs on the front squats I decided to feel how 405 felt! I must say IT WAS HEAVY! LOL Too heavy I didnt go low enuff at all! But hey I tried it and know how it feels, NEXT TIME THO, JUST HAVE TO KEEP IMPROVING.
