Why I Love It: Ive been lifting weights for over 35 years and competed in bodybuilding ,bench press and powerlifting meets from 1978 to 1985.All my training was done natural.I was able to excell with persistance and hard work .In 1983 to 1985 in Montana located in the Mission Valley of Northwest Montana I opened up my own gym to fullfill my dream.
How I Stay Motivated: Its a life style for me to stay strong and fit .People friends and life can change but the gym and training is a constant fixture .Working out and the gym is always been a place where I could go to think ,train and better myself. Not only for me but now as an example for my son as well.
