Ens!!! How are you? How's life off the boat. You were so lucky to get off when you did? So how's the working out coming. Are you up to 240 yet? i'm still cardio"ing" and Rodas is still talking about divers. Nothing else has changed. We do have 3 new people now. Hope your family is well. Take Care!!

Hey man... my training's going great. I'm doing Madcow right now and have seen some pretty good results so far. The Scivation guys do free meal-plan making, so I think that will really help put on some size. How's everything with you in life/in the gym?

wassup bro, yeah i follow as much MMA as i can, i used to train with some pro guys, Jorge Rivera, Dewey Cooper to name 2. I love it, i can help out with advice for anything if you want, however what works for me may not work for you. Good to see you on here bro, good luck with your goals!
