I got started seriously when i entered high school. Mainley because i developed a love for lifting and being big. I also lifted for sports and set goals to keep improving.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about lifting, The pumps, Confidence, Attention, Mass, And strenth!!!!
yeah i'm quitting the YMCA around july 15th so we can definitely lift then after that over at the school. do you think dumbell bench and shoulder press for a month or so would be a good idea? yes i know i'm 130, much better than being fat haha.

Hey bud, do you ever find you get clicks and cracks e.g. in ankles, wrists and shoulders etc, in and out of the gym? I get them quite a bit (not painful though). I'm just asking as you are about the same age as me and the osteopath said it can happen if you grow suddenly, or have a growth spurt. Thanks in advance.
