How I Started:
Ive always been a thin guy, but then i decided to start weight lifting to gain some weight.
Why I Love It:
I loving working out because it builds up your self confidence and gives you the body you want.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking back at how much smaller my max outs and how much smaller i was.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained about 15 lbs so far.

hey, i know how tough it can be for us smaller guys to gain weight and muscle. when i was a freshman in high school, i wrestled at 103 lbs. i was only 119 my senior year. just keep working hard, you'll get there. now im at 160-165 lbs, but a lot stronger. keep lifting man.
