How I Started:
I was a competitive cheerleader for a long time and could eat whatever i wanted to. When I stopped competing, my bad eating habits continued. I gained 25lbs over a few years and I felt like I was trapped in someone else's body. I needed to physically challenge myself again.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge and I love outdoing myself. Most of all I love feeling better about the body I have and improving what it can do for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the difference in the fit of my clothes and feeling proud of myself is usually enough.

Where do you get your workout programs?
I read magazines like Oxygen and MFHers to get ideas, but I basically construct my own based on my work schedule and cardio classes.
