The burn, and its very calming to me.

Looking at the changes, and results right before my eyes.

I really hated my body here, was not healthy at all, loss breath bending over to tie my shoe

I recommend taking pics of yourself every 1-2 weeks, taking pics of myself and being able to compare side by side to older pics it's helped keep me motivated -- sometime's I just gain a tad of muscle and loose very small increments of weight. Wishing you a great 2009!
