How I Started:
I grew up wrestling throughout my entire life so Ive been able to stay in pretty good shape. When I stopped wrestling my freshman year in college it created alot of time for me to workout, which I then became to really enjoy. One day while working out with my older brother he suggested to me that I should do a show, I thought why not, what a great way to stay motivated and give a 110% in the gym every day. Now I have ambitions of becoming a pro bodybuilder. Arnold and Frank Zane are my main motivaters.
Why I Love It:
I love to stay in shape and feel energetic every day. Nothing makes me feel better than getting in an amazing workout!
How I Stay Motivated:
By constantly trying to outdo the workout I had the day before. Striving to be better every day.

It has my my friends and family around me aware of their current fitness status and sparked some changes in their lives as well.
