To put it simply, I want to gain as much muscle mass as possible. I also want to lose the fat around my stomach.

Before the next school year, during the summer, I want to become start getting stronger and bigger. I know Rome wasn't built in a day, so I am in no particular rush, but I am sick of being skinny. So I want to gain as much muscle mass as healthily possible.

BFX43: I have a an upper body workout which has worked for me in my blog, edit it to suit you if you like, I will be adding more soon. Diet-wise its all about consuming the correct amount of protein for you weight and body type I eat 5 to 7 small meals a day, and in between meals I lightly snack on almonds (high in protein). Look through our list of members for people who have achieved results that you want, the fact that they are in this group shows that they are willing to help so just ask.
