The Mirror Is My Inspiration
The way I get psyched up to work out is by looking in the mirror. I'm right at that point where I'm starting to see improvements, so that helps me stay motivated. If I haven't gone to the gym in a while, I also start to notice that too, thanks to the mirror. After a great workout, I see myself with a full pump, and that's the best motivation for me. That's what makes me continue to lift.
This website is also great motivation for me. There are some great and really helpful people on here. Helpful and inspirational! People who look like gods, but started at the same place I'm at. Or people with similar goals and body types who are willing to make the climb with you. It's hard to stay motivated 24/7, but coming on this site regularly really helps.
BFX43 In other news, I think my gym's scales are broken...unless I gained 7 lbs in 6 days...even though I double checked, is that possible?

So, if you read my last blog post, I said that I would be back in 2 weeks. Well that didn't happen. More like a month. But hey, I'm back now. Summer has began, and I am gonna kill it. I do have a job this summer, but other than that, I'm free. By the way, during my little hiatus, I lost 7 pounds. My anger about that knows no limits lol. So ima gonna put lifting back in my schedule, and it's time to f*ck some sh*t up! I've already started this week, and I've found a workout partner (sort of). Lol... Go to BodyBlog
