I took a look at myself in the mirror during clogging class and thought, "Yuck. I've got to do something!" Then, after I started Body-for-LIFE, I started looking at Fitness magazine and Oxygen. Now I'm considering a future career as a personal trainer or even as a figures competitor, though I'm getting a little old for that!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of power I get when I lift a heavier weight than previously attempted!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results I have so far keeps me motivated, as do friends I have met on several forums.
BB Accomplishments:
I have completed 1 Body-for-LIFE Challenge, in which I lost 12.6 pounds, reduced my waist by 11.5 inches, and dropped my BF% by 23.9%

I am a Body for Life devotee as is my wife (bodyspace name: judimax.) We both had good results from that program. I would just like to take this time to compliment you on all of your hard work and the great results you achieved. Enjoy the journey and all the best for 2008.
