I started as more of what I would call an ego lifter. I got tired of doing anything to lift more weight. I prefered to learn about how to build my body through proper training and nutrition.
Why I Love It:
I love to challenge myself and reach my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Goals and internal drive
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained 50 pounds (going from ~8-~13% BF) in the last two and a half years in an effort to get bigger. I have gained over 110 pounds since I first began training. All results are while taking only whey protein and a multivitamin. I will compete sometime in the future.

Thats alright I was talking with everyone I thought that the guy that took 4th in heavyweight open should have taken third he was alot more ripped than the 3rd place guy but oh well! Whats up with You now days?
No it sucks, but since the Mr. Utah show isn't a multi state show, it's not a pro qualifier. I should get it next spring though. You gonna compete soon?
Ahh I did terrible in that show lol. I only dieted and practiced for 5 weeks so I sucked it up hahaha I'll be at the April. 11th show, I don't plan on placing but that's ok, I'll look a hell of a lot better than lat time
You saw me compete--and lived to tell about it! Yup. That was my first experience on a bb stage. I've bulked up to 180 since then, and now I'm on my way down again for a comp. in 4 weeks! Yikes! This one's in Kaysville on April 11--an NGA show.
yea it was def not a bad start at all. im pretty sure it was ocb. and yea i thought ryan was npc too.... but i dont think he is... he saws hes a pro but i dont think he is... no pro goes to a bodybuilding show looking like that lol
yea that is funny how you just randomly find people you didnt even know were on here. life is good and fitness world is the same i guess. i think chris was like 3rd in the novice and 6th overall and the dude ryan henson didn't even place. so much for being a pro what a bunch of bs lol
I don't train at golds anymore. I have a gym studio in my basement that I do personal training out of, and sometimes train at planet fitness if I need a change of scenery.
