How I Started:
I started to throw a few weights about as a kid, as my mum used to train regularly. I started to train properly with a few lads @ college when I was 16/17. I've trained on & off since then, but I've recently started to get into it a lot more & take my training/diet more seriously. So hopefully I will start to see some good results !!
Why I Love It:
I love the pumps you get from a wicked session in the gym. Training also helps to stop me getting my ass kicked on the rugby field
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is a bit of a sore point for me. I tend to succumb to my junk food cravings quite easily & playing rugby usually means going out for beers with the team.
This is san area of my training I've been working on & I'm glad to say that I'm getting better !!

Goal (Long):
I can't believe i put on 17lbs of virtually pure size. I've even got some great comments off people who can't believe it either. Now it's time to learn from my past mistakes when trying to cut-up & work my ass off to get ripped in time for the summer.

lol! I won't mess with you then! Training has been going well. I want more definition before the summer. Have a bit of a cold now...so need to get over that and I can't wait! Couldn't lift yesterday and I feel pretty crummy and a bit cranky when I can't workout. Arrgghhhh!

Yeah buddy just got back into training today my body has rested enough, got a new training partner, same conditioning so we are bot after leaning out and gaining a little size plus he lives 5mins round the corner, how about you ?
